The toddlers needed something that would allow then there own bed yet keep them close to one another. And save room ! This set stands 47.5 inches tall , 59 inches long and 29 inches wide. The mattress areas are 27.5 x 52.5 Bottom bunk is 4 inches from the floor while top bunk is 35 inches. A great height for mom and dad, or nanny and papa, to tuck them in without climbing. This unit is made of solid lumber and made sturdy enough to last a lifetime.
